#otfgp is sad that today we had to say goodbye to two of our most favourite peeps moving to Edmonton! 🍊This dynamic couple was so fun and we built an amazing relationship. Ruby also loved seeing you both, and dressing up for Andrew was her favourite!! 🧡 It was incredible to watch you both on your fitness journey together, but it will be exciting to watch you guys unfold on a new path. Coach Blasi often says “get out of your head” and she’s absolutely right. I joined Orange Theory about seven weeks ago and I have found more than what I was looking for. I have been going to classes 5 times a week, every class is so different and it keeps my body guessing and pushing to achieve different goals every day. Even for a runner, classes are super challenging and this is exactly what I was needing to add to my training. .
Over the past 7 weeks I have lost 7lbs, have gotten faster, and my endurance has improved. I look forward to every class. .
The coaches are all amazing and super motivating and the adrenaline in the workout room is something I have never experienced in any other classes I have taken before. The workouts are though every time, and I make sure my nutrition is on point. .
My body is my powerhouse and I must fuel it accordingly. So excited to be part of the OTF Wakiki family.” ~Maricela 💕

today’s partner workout was 🔥 I hope I didn’t let my team down - I had to modify a few exercises and I probably took a little longer than they did but my partners today were amazing + encouraging - it felt amazing working together to reach a goal. We ended up getting more meters on the rower the second half of class! 🏆 Now. I will be completely transparent here. I am so self conscious because I’m having a lot of difficulty losing weight in my stomach area. Yes it’s gone down and going down......... but not as fast as I want. It’s getting to the point that sometimes I feel like I’m losing steam and getting so discouraged - like everyone else is going ahead and I’m stuck as usual. Normally I’m good at shifting my mentality but I’ve been having a hard time as of late. Anyway, to the people who feel stuck and that they’re not losing fast enough or looking the way they want to... don’t stop. Please keep going. We’ve all come so far and our journey is so worth it!!!! 💖💜💗
