Benim söylediğim menü 15 TL'ydi. Fiyat/performans açısından iyi bence.Gayet doydum çünkü 😎

I am 21 years old and currently a student studying Sports Science.
In previous years I have completed courses in Exercise, Nutrition and Health.
Fitness and nutrition is what I’m really passionate about and I enjoy working out.
I’ve been weight training for 5 years now and feel I’ve built up a huge amount information that I want to share to help others achieve there goals.

May 2017: not quite my highest but close, about 495 and would top out around 505 six weeks later before I got my life back together. Deeply uncomfortable in the body I was inhabiting and ready to change. .
May 2018: 380, after 10 months of eating differently and cardio 3-4 times a week, and 9 months of lifting at Planet Fitness. Felt better but wanted to keep at it to see where I could go. Benched around 160, never squatted or deadlifted, but wanted to start. Felt kinda stronger and wanted to keep at it. .
May 2019: 355, only 25 more pounds gone a year later, but feeling and looking very different. Weight has been basically stable for the last six months but I’m in smaller clothing over that time. Changed from PF to Crunch about 3 months ago, cause I had outgrown PF and wanted to get serious with free weights. Now benching 250, squatting and deadlifting 405 (all working weights, my 1RMs I have no idea), and otherwise moving 2-3x what I was when I started back in July 2017. .
Deeply eager to see where I go from here. I physically feel better than I ever thought I could and I can’t imagine going back.
