The Tricep Pulldown is a basic exercise, but one of my favorite ones to have in my arsenal! Gotta make sure to only bend at the elbow, keep your elbows in, and have your chest up. Above all, give every single rep everything you’ve got!
Last night training sesh did some overloading squats to shock the body system and to change things up 😊. Very happy with the depth in my squat, but hoping in the next coming months I'll push 200kg making it my personal best within good form 💪🏽
