Thanks to Craig Harper I started to change, I'm still on that journey of choosing to eat correctly and exercise.

My first day was daunting, I was in Harpers Gym that was renowned for athletes, from Olympians, AFL Players, Tri Athletes and boxers, I felt ashamed.
.
I was asked to do a 5 minute run on the Dreadmill and at 60 seconds I wanted to collapse with exhaustion.
.
I made a commitment to myself and my family that obesity and excuse making wasn’t part of my life moving forward.
.
I trained 3 x 45 minute sessions a week and ate correctly, I went from 102kgs to 77kgs in 5 months.
.
This wasn’t the end just the beginning of life’s tumultuous journey but its worth taking.

To all who come, the mothers and fathers who feel you lost your mojo, well you deserve it back.

In todays video I go through a full day of eating. Using an if it fits your macro approach. Which means I can eat whatever I want as long as I hit my protein, fats and carbs correctly. --
As you can see in the video my food is simple but it does the job perfectly. --
You do not need to over complicate things! --
If you do not want to buy packaged chicken then cook some yourself. I choose not too because for one, tastes better pre done and it's more convenient (yes I am a little lazy 🤣) --
The muffins you could easily swap for rice! -- Ice cream....yeah you cant swap that for anything! 🤣 --

Mein aktuelles Gewicht liegt jetzt bei 79,2kg. Zwischen den Bildern liegen jetzt gut 1 Jahr. Auf dem Bild vom letzten Jahr (das 2.) Habe ich genau 73,5kg gewogen. Insbesondere durch die unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnisse kann man das nicht so gut erkennen, aber ich habe in dem Jahr ORDENTLICH draufgepackt. Meinen aktuellen KFA schätze ich auf etwa 15% (Das aktuelle Bild ist von Sonntag). Ich hatte mir eigentlich vorgenommen auf denselben KFA  wie letztes Jahr nach 8 Wochen Diät zu kommen, aber ich habe das Ziel, wenn auch nur knapp, verfehlt. Woran liegt das? Nicht daran, dass ich mir abends noch die Süßigkeiten reingeschoben habe oder meine Kalorien falsch berechnet habe. Nein, ich war grundlegend VIEL ZU FETT am Anfang der Diät. Am Ende der Diät zeige ich euch das richtige Vorherbild und da werden viele staunen wie gut man auf Insta doch tricksen kann, damit niemand etwas merkt.
Ich bedanke mich nochmal für euren Support. Jetzt gehts in den Endspurt. Dieses Wochenende mache ich 3 Tage Refeed, um dann nochmal das Kaloriendefizit anzuheben. Noch gebe ich mich nicht geschlagen 💪🏾

Ich glaube jeder kennt es, dass sich mit der Zeit Interessen und Ziele verschieben. Die wenigsten finden das noch interessant, das sie vor 10 Jahren gut gefunden haben. Das ist aber auch wichtig, da man sonst eine Stagnation erreicht hätte. Man muss sich stetig weiterentwickeln. Als konkretes Beispiel will ich mal den "Traumkörper" nehmen. Früher habe ich schon die Körper von einigen Profifußballern als "extrem muskulös" bezeichnet. Als ich dann mit dem Kraftsportbegann habe ich die Sportler, die so solide 80kg gewogen haben, bewundert. Heute verfolge ich fast nur noch die Wettkampfathleten, von denen ich damals wahrscheinlich gesagt hätte "wer will den so aussehen?". Diesen Wandel kann ich mir nur durch eine körperliche und geistige Weiterentwicklung erklären. Man strebt immer nach dem, was man selbst nicht erreicht hat.
Wie ist das bei euch? Habt ihr immernoch denselben Traumkörper oder hat sich da auch etwas verändert?
