I didn't run today because I was getting my party on. The cold clung to my bones outside, and tonight I felt bad and anxious. So I skipped the speakeasy to get my sweat on. 5 miles on the recumbent bike, crunches, then another mile. #nooffdays

Some protein bars may seem like a great idea at the time, but for what you get, you could be getting a lot more.
