This is the view from my hotel bed. After pounding the pavement all day (not a fan of subways after riding them almost every day for 5 years) I like to lie in bed with the curtains open and take in the city view. So different from my view at home. The blaring sirens at 3am aren’t the best but I love these quick trips to the city that never sleeps. #nycview#nycatnight#hotelstyle#roomwithaview

Spring is so confusing. Anyone else struggle with what to wear during this time of year? I keep checking the weather on my Alexa and changing my outfit. It seems like I can never quite get it right. I’m either sweating or shivering, no matter what I choose.🤷🏼♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lafayette Grand Cafe is one of my favorite brunch spots. They have a large outdoor seating area when the weather is nice - and when it’s not, the interior is cozy and inviting. I love that they’re open for breakfast/brunch 7 days/wk! The drink I’m enjoying is called the Jardin Verte - green apple, kale, ginger and cucumber. Fun fact? They’ll add vodka if you’re feeling wild 🤫 I also ordered the Salmon Gravalax Benedict on everything brioche, but is not pictured because I dug in without snapping a photo. Oops! TRY IT, though, because it is GOOD. What are your favorite brunch spots?
