It seems that we all go through phases of life where it feels like a struggle to complete what we’re *required* to do, let alone spend any quality time doing anything we really *want* to do. When we do finally find a few minutes of “free” time, we are so exhausted from running around all day that we don’t have any energy remaining for our loved ones or doing something that we would really enjoy. I've been there. I didn’t have time for hobbies, fun, friends or family. My life had become a never-ending sprint. I talked fast. Worked fast. Walked fast. Drove fast. Ate fast. I was always on the go because there was always stuff that needed to be done!
It wasn't until I became a mother that I realized how burned out and exhausted I had become from hurrying around all the time. All the speed and activity was sucking the joy right out of my life. After my daughter was born, I was blessed to spend four months at home with her. During this time, I slowed my pace waaaaay down. I had fewer commitments and I didn't feel the need to rush around all the time. I lived by my own schedule and wasn't racing against the clock every step of the way. After I returned to work and was immersed back into a hurry-and-get-stuff-done culture, I realized that I needed to make a big change.
Our achievement-oriented culture sends a strong message that we are only as valuable as what we produce. We're focused on productivity, efficiency, speed, power, achievement and “success.” And if we feel like we're lacking in these areas, then we feel "less than" or that we’re failing in some way. We're “on the clock” and racing against the clock. We have too many commitments, too many “urgent but not important” things that we need to do each day. Continue reading in the comments below ⤵️
A lot of people like to complain about the negative aspects of social media but we need to realize that social media is only what we make of it.
While yes social media does have an objective, it is simply to capture people's attention, we can take that knowledge and realize the power to grab attention as well as become conscious of how it may take ours if we are not paying attention.
We get the choice to follow people posting postive, inspiring, content or to follow fake, materialistic, negative and time wasting content.
Not only is the content we consume in our control but more importantly the content we create.
We could use social media as an outlet to complain about the world, try to make people jealous of the fake perfect life we pretend is ours or to gossip and critique people of more success than ourself.
Social media has the power to unite, to change the world for the better or sadly for most, just be a way to escape reality.
These apps are just tools, non sentient tools.
We can use these tools for good, bad or simply let them go unused — never being used to realize the infinite potential to shape all of our realities.
My question is: how are you using these tools we were all given?
Last night at my connect group we really hit on self-reflection to understand why one feels, thinks and act a certain way.
Self-Reflection can honestly improve your relationships with other people by relating your actions to feelings or experiences as well as giving you insight on who you are, your strengths and weaknesses and what you stand for.
Today take some alone time to really reflect on:
1. Who you are
2. Who you want to be
3. Your morals and values
4. What characteristics you can improve
5. What characteristics you’ve mastered and how’d you achieve this.
What do you want to accomplish in life? What are your goals? Are you performing at your full potential? Do you inspire to BE more, to DO more? Are you out there living your best life EVERYday?
There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. These are simply to get you thinking about what it is you want out of your life
Maybe you want to become fit and healthy so you can become a role model that others look up too. Or maybe you’re ready to eliminate the doubts you have about yourself that limiting your potential? Are you ready to make the most of your life?

Je vous ai déjà parlé des bienfaits de la marche et du ressourcement qu’elle procure.
La marche est une médecine et les anciens le savaient. Elle libère de pensées nuisibles. On évacue le stress. Elle est un miroir précieux de son intérieur.
Marcher c’est aussi une solution pour faire remonter son taux vibratoire.
C’est une activité avec une intention claire et une émotion élevée (joie) qui me permet de me ressourcer energetiquement.
En avançant dans cette direction et en ayant confiance en l’inconnu, je me sens davantage dans l’unité et la complétude intérieure. Ce processus remédie à ma dualité.
Lorsqu’il y a sentiment de complétude, tout est là. J’observe ce qui existe déjà dans le champ quantique avec mes possibilités, ces potentiels et je lui donne vie grâce à mon attention et à mon énergie.

Being busy doesn’t equate to getting stuff done. Think about it.
You might be doing a ton of stuff every day, week after week, month after month, but at the end
of the year, will you have achieved the one thing that mattered most? Not necessarily.
You see, many of us think the reason we haven’t achieved what we wanted to achieve is that
we’ve just been too busy, but the reality is that we’ve just lacked purpose 🎯
It’s easy to lose sight of long-term goals, and it can be all too easy to give up on targets 📅that
feel a long way off🔭
But unless you take purposeful action on a daily basis💪🏻you’re never going to get there, right?

i just woke up from a nightmare where i was being chased by many people who wanted me dead.. it felt horrible but this is what i learned
i learned that honestly.. it'll be okay, whats there to really fear? death? lol we realize death is just an illusion because this human body is just a small part of "life".. not saying i want this human experience to end at all but if someone were to theoretically "kill me" id be content with the life i already lived real shit

To control it.
To change it.
Your job is your soul.

Do you love diets? I’m talking about 3-day fix diet or maybe 7-days smoothie?
Maybe you do. And that’s ok. But i’m here to give you something better.
I’m not a big fan of short term diets and thats for a simple reason. They don’t work in long term and are not sustainable. But i’m not gonna leave you only with this argument.
Our body is the most complex “machine” out there, we are bio-individuals.
My perfect diet might be a “poison” for your body which means you gotta find what works for you depending on your environment, lifestyle and so on.
But even with this in mind. There are some really good long term diets which are very sustainable and also proven to be working.
For example Mediterranean diet is one diet that is considered by many the healthiest way of eating.
Possibly due to a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids and low in saturated fats, the inhabitants of this region have maintained remarkable health: They have lower rates of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes when compared to the United States, Japan, and Canada.
The Mediterranean diet consists of natural, whole foods such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, nuts, dairy, and pure oils, and excludes processed and refined foods. Important lifestyle factors include the value placed on relationships, pleasure, leisure, and physical activity, which are all said to help reduce stress and contribute to physical and mental well-being.
Pros: moderate, flexible approach. Considers primary food. May become a sustainable lifestyle approach.
Cons: Some may require firmer guidelines to feel their best. Some may not react well to wine and coffee. Some may not have the willpower to moderate rich foods

• yesterday marked the end of an amazing chapter.
it's been an amazing two years working with a brilliant group of entrepreneurs. these last two years have been a journey that felt like five. the amount of personal growth that I have gained cannot be traded for anything else.
