Ingredientes :

2 xícaras de coco seco ralado
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar de coco ou demerara
1 xícara de leite em pó desnatado
1 xícara de leite 
1 colher de sopa de amido de milho 🅼🅾🅳🅾 🅳🅴 🅿🆁🅴🅿🅰🆁🅾: Coloque o coco numa forma antiaderente ou untada e reserve. No liquidificador bata o leite, o açúcar e o leite em pó e o amido. Após batido, leve ao fogo baixo mexendo até engrossar. Jogue por cima do coco ralado e leve ao forno médio por cerca de 40 minutos, até o leite engrossar e ficar com coloração amarela. A textura é molhadinha, para comer de colher.

Uma enorme expectativa gira em torno de suplementos alimentares, com aquelas embalagens bonitas, bem elaboradas e propostas de efeitos sensacionais. Além disso, parece muito mais prático colocar alguns scoops de suplemento em uma coqueteleira com água e consumir aquele nutriente em qualquer lugar de forma rápida. 
No entanto a suplementação é quadjuvante, onde comida de verdade e treino correto são os principais. 
Quando você tem necessidade dietética de determinada quantidade de carboidratos, proteínas, lipídios, vitaminas e minerais, na grande maioria dos casos é possível consumir por meio da alimentação.

No mercado existe uma variedade enorme de substâncias com pouca ou nenhuma comprovação científica da eficiência proposta pelo fabricante. 
Na atualidade um dos sumplementos com maior comprovação científica de sua eficácia é a creatina sendo este um pouco mais difícil adquirir na alimentação pois é necessário consumir em média 1 kg de carne de boi, salmão ou arenque paraconseguir 5g de creatina por dia.

Outro ponto a se pensar é o custo benefício, por exemplo:

Um whey protein concentrado em média custa R$ 100,00 de 900g (30 doses), onde você obtém normalmente 24g de proteína por dose de 30g. Partindo do pressuposto seriam gastos R$3.33, sendo que com 100 g de peito de frango é possível obter aproximadamente 30g de proteína com custo em média de R$1,00.

Então antes de qualquer coisa procure um nutricionista.

“Shocking” the system through a caloric deficit was a new one to me but I thought, “if one person believes this or has been told this they cannot be alone.” Let’s discuss ➡️ Over the course of the last year I would hear women say they are going to “shock” their system 🤔  A drop in caloric intake is NOT a “shock.” For many it’s a crash or fad diet of some sort. .

Many women are under the impression that 1200 calories is a magical number when it comes to weight loss. While it is true that some individuals will need to consume 1200 calories in order to lose weight this typically applies to female, short, sedentary, and already low body fat/low weight individuals. .

What’s up with the weight regain? In short, when a person diets the metabolism adapts to the lower caloric intake. When someone goes back to their old eating habits after dieting on low calories the metabolism is not equipped to handle the excess calories *insert weight regain here and a yo-yo is dieter is potentially born.* .

Our society is very good at losing weight. Our society is not good at keeping it off and/ or maintaining it. .

How can we change this? .

If you want more quadriceps development this exercise is the one for you. Good form whilst performing this exercise is crucial. Let me tell you some important principles for #frontsquat 👉🏻 • you want to place the bar in front of your front deltoids, really close to your throat. • Elbows high, parallel to the floor. If you don’t have good wrist flexibility, instead of supporting the barbell the way I do at the beginning of the video, so that my fingertips are touching the bar, you can cross your arms, just like I switched before 5th and 6th rep on this video. • Before you drop down make sure your core is engaged, tight. • As you drop down naturally your chest gonna fall forward and elbows sink, and this ruins the exercise. So to avoid this you have to mentally concentrate on keeping elbows pointed up as you drop down and then come back up. You will need quite good mobility for this exercise. If you don’t have it, let’s work on it 💪🏻 with appropriate mobility exercises you can achieve desired mobility for this exercise. I used to struggle with the front squat a lot, I wasn’t able to load the barbell to 70 kg as on this video, because my mobility wasn’t good enough. It’s so amazing to look at this photo and recognise in myself how far I’ve come with my weight loss lately. We can be so horrible to ourselves and I am the guiltiest person for that. 
I actually look at this photo and feel so proud of myself and it makes me excited to carry on creating a healthier and happier version of myself. Not only am I reaping the physical benefits of it but also the mental benefits. I actually LOVE going to the gym now..... I’m THAT person! If you’d have told me a year ago - even 6 months ago that I’d be the girl that “loves” going to the gym I actually would have laughed at you. It’s crazy how things change. 
And everyone is so capable of making their own changes too. 
I always used to say it to strangers that said I was “lucky” to be able to travel. Yes, there is an element of fortune to it but Marc and I made those sacrifices in life to make our dreams a reality.

Medicine-Ball Push-Up

The target muscle in this exercise is not only the Pectoralis major (colored red) but also the stabilizing muscles – the core muscles.

The core muscles are intensively active in all exercises in which the entire body serves as a "bridge" between arms and legs.

Lifting the hand from the floor increases the load on the oblique abdominals whose function is to prevent the body from collapsing.

The variation on one leg is intended to increase the load on the chest muscles, and also to increase the load on the core muscles as a whole, and especially on the oblique abdominals.

Another variation you can try is the Crossover Push Up.
Lower yourself to the floor, and then explosively push so your hands come off the ball/floor. Land with the other hand on the ball.

Anatomical analysis:
The target muscles are the pectoralis major and the oblique abdominals which work statically as the main stabilizers.

Tun und lassen worauf man Lust hat, ist für mich eine der Lehren der letzten Jahre.  Egal ob jemand anderes es für verrückt hält oder einfach eine andere Meinung dazu hat. Für mich war das zum Beispiel ein duales Studium im Bereich Sport wo man zunächst hört: du hast schlechte Arbeitzeiten, eine schlechte Bezahlung usw. oder eine Wettkampfvorbereitung wo es erstmal heist: solang ohne Verzicht und das ganze Kochen etc. 
Was ich damit sagen will solang du spaß an der Sache hast mach es einfach, du bist der der am Ende glücklich damit sein muss. 
Der Urlaub neigt sich auch langsam dem Ende, viel essen und auch einige viele Schlemmereien haben die letzten Tage verfeinert, aber ich freu mich einfach wieder auf ein anständiges  Fitnessstudio und auf ein „normales“ geregeltes Essen ab Mittwoch. Und ja dann auch wieder die Arbeit ab nächsten Montag☝🏻Dann werden demnächst noch die Pläne für die kommende Zeit mit dem Coach geschmiedet 🔥
