Each week I pick out 1 of my clients and showcase there progress to give an example of the diverse range of people that I train, I don't really train bodybuilders anymore, my client base is now mainly made up of the business owners and entrepreneurs of Leeds who want to look and feel there very best!
Here we have @jani866 who has been training with me since October 2017 and has made some phenomenal progess.
Rizz's main goals are to get as strong as possible whilst looking the absolute best he can whilst not comprising his work or family life.
His strength gains have been really impressive with his 1-RM's going from
*Deadlift - 80kg upto 180kg
*Squat - 70kg upto 160kg
*Bench - 60kg upto 115kg
I've put a few of his best lifts in the attached vids.
His physique has made some really noticeable improvements with his arms increasing 2 inches since we started.
He has managed to make these improvements whilst running a business working 10+ hours 6 days a week and having a family to look after.

***The Weekend*** Friday is upon us.
For those of you who have been dieting well over this past week (well done), Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday, can sometimes become slight stumbling blocks for us.
If we look at them that way.
We can end up eating a few meals that weren't on our list of diet foods for the week, we can have a few alcoholic drinks, and then end up feeling guilty about it.
That we've somehow ruined our week's progress with 1-2 meals and a few drinks over the weekend.
But usually, this really isn't the case at all.
The simple fact, that we've been eating in a calorie deficit for at least 5 of the 7 days of the week, has put us in a really good place, to be able to be slightly more relaxed over the weekend.
Well, be more relaxed in a planned way I should say.
By planning in these different meals/drinks properly, we can ensure that we don't waste this spare calorie allocation that we've created since Monday, and stay on top of our weight loss.
So as always, plan ahead!

Ich habe Hunger... Lust zu kochen? Nö. Zeit für große Mahlzeiten? Nö
Ab zum Kühlschrank oder zur eigenen Süßwarenabteilung in der Küche. Geht schnell und ich bin ja satt.
❌❌❌ STOPP ❌❌❌
Genau HIER fängst du an, alles zu ändern.
Der Körper hat vorerst nichts mehr zu melden. Nun ist der Kopf an der Reihe und bestimmt ganz bewusst, was du isst und was nicht, was dir gut tut und welche Nahrungsmittel du liegen lässt. Übrigens auch im Supermarkt!
Ich habe Hunger!!! Frage dich, ob du wirklich Hunger hast, oder ist es nur der Durst? Trinke ein Glas Wasser oder Tee(ohne Zucker) und stelle dir die Hungerfrage erneut. Wenn du dir sicher bist, dass es wirklich der Hunger ist und keine Gelüste, dann greife nach etwas Sinvollem. Und was?
Ich starte meinen Tag (fast) immer mit einem Müsli. 🤨Langweilig? Nein.
Es gibt bei mir Haferflocken mit Granatapfel, Blaubeeren oder Nüsse oder andere schöne Dinge, die dazu passen und schmecken. Ich greife zu Haferflocken oder Basismüsli und peppe es selber auf. So weiß ich, was ich esse. Damit fühle ich mich richtig wohl und starte den Tag perfekt.
Denn: ‼️Iss die Lebensmittel so natürlich wie möglich‼️ Mit dieser Regel wirst du von nun an, an deine Auswahl deiner Lebensmittel rangehen.

Happy with the lifts as he’s been a bit under the weather recently, more there if he was 100%!
Well done to my client for losing 2kg of fat in 2 weeks. He still has another 8kg to lose and I'm confident he will achieve it because he works hard during our personal training sessions and has done everything I've asked of him. Fridays well spent at @theunbakery with the girls, nothing nicer than spending time with some beautiful people enjoying some beautiful healthy food. I would highly recommend trying Little Bird for dinner they have the most incredible options on their menu and everything is plant based and super healthy ! My dessert was INSANE !!! Salted caramel chocolate ice cream sandwich which was paleo Friendly, vegan, refined sugar free and dairy free 😨😨😨 it was soooo delicious you wouldn’t even think that it was healthy 😍😍 #friyay

- Cand faci o miscare, musculara antagonista (muschii care fac miscarea inversa) opune rezistenta deoarece este activata de impulsul electric.
- Intensitatea rezistentei generate de aparat este controlata de la buton in trepte foarte mici.
- Cu cat este mai puternic impulsul cu atat este mai greu sa realizezi miscarea/ exercitiul dorit.
- Pe de alta parte electrostimularea tonifiaza musculatura chiar daca nu se fac exercitii.
