I used to think yoga was just fancy stretching and looked too easy but let me tell you, it’s not easy and so much more than stretching!! I’ve been practicing yoga for a few years now and these are some of the benefits I’ve seen:

We had an amazing team training that touched on this last week. Do you constantly want to have and do everything? It’s often called “shiny object syndrome”...always wanting what others have and something more. 🤷♀️
Try being grateful for what you have in your life right now. The more gratitude you can express for where you are at right now, the more likely you are to be successful. 👊
The power of the mind is amazing so try it. Try writing down daily what your are grateful for and watch your life blossom! ✨

We’re talking about creating a sacred space before you work. For me, I definitely like to have my coffee/tea + water ready, a candle lit and even a crystal next to my laptop, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I like to get into a mindset that serves me.
Mindset BEFORE work.
I can’t work in my biz if I’m not feeling excited about it or inspired or connected to my passion.
So, it’s about how I want to FEEL.
Then, getting into a mindset that helps me FEEL that way before taking action in my biz.
If I’m struggling to get into an inspired, motivated or excited place, I might do a “thought download” writing down all the thoughts I’m having in that moment to get them down on paper so they have less power.
This also allows me to get a closer look into my mind, and see what thoughts have been taking up space in my brain 🧠, and what I have been giving my power to.
I ask myself, what do I need to think to feel inspired or excited? Then, I practice that thought, and take action from THAT place.
Often, I am feeling inspired or excited to work in my biz because I’m passionate about what I do and believe in it 100%.
But, I still have times when I’m worrying about not meeting my money goal for the month, giving into self-pity or thinking, “I don’t know what to do”.
This is when I take the time to investigate my mind, and begin shifting it to come from a place that’s going to inspire me into action.
Anytime, I take action from a mindset that doesn’t serve me & feeling desperate, angry, or resentful, I do NOT get the results I want and I do not like how I feel or how I’m acting.
This is why mindset is so 🔑

One of my why’s for running my business. To purchase a cabin for our family to return to Alaska for whenever we’d like throughout the years. You’d think after the 3rd time leaving I’d be good with it, but those skinny spruce, painted mountaintops, rugged landscapes, and abundant natural resources grip your soul. We’ll be back, but in our own cabin. I took this photo from the train while in the back country. There sure is nothing like being remote in the wilderness where you look around and can be certain, no one has ever stood foot on the ground you’re seeing. Pretty mind blowing. How about you? What is Intuition & how can I use it?
Intuition is not a gift, it’s an element that lies in all of us. It’s dormant during distractions when you can’t hear yourself think. An inner knowing is our greatest power. It’s a guiding force to make the right decision and alert us of the right and wrong directions that if chosen leads us to valuable insights.

Today I experienced my first #taichichih practice...
If you are not familiar, it's a series of 19 movements and 1 pose that together make up a meditative form of movement that offers physical, personal and spiritual health benefits.
The ultimate goal is to be in flow with the movements...
To let go, and embody the effort of no effort...
The practice is a great reminder to release and let go of any excess energy that no longer serves you...
You don't have to try so hard...
Just be. Just flow...

•Holding to old patterns
•Apprehending the outcome of the changes
•Seeking the purpose
•Feeling let down
At some point of our lives, we all may have related to some of that. They've been a time we may have felt stuck in our situation, stuck in the perception of the situation. We need to be stimulated, excited when thinking of the future. But if it is not the case, what are you going to do to change this?❤
1.Make a list of how you WOULD like to FEEL.
2.Put down anything that make you FEEL that way
3.Do some self-hypnosis. Close your eyes. Relax. Imagine the feeling you wrote down is now happening. Where is it in your body? What are you thinking about? What next think can you do to keep that feeling alive?
4. Just like that, you have something to look forward to.

Not many things can be achieved with a weak or a negative mindset. So, If you want any type of lasting change in your life, then change your mind.
Yes, change your mind!! 🧠
Change the way you think about things. Change the way you react to things. Change all of the things that you don’t like about yourself. It requires a lot discipline to break from our old habits, but just ask yourself if the change is worth it.
A positive mindset doesn’t mean that negativity no longer exist. It means your inner focus has shifted & you start to see the things that you focus on.
No matter how much of a positive mindset you have, you will still see glimpses of negativity. But the most important thing is your response to the event. Your response determines the true outcome.

Hey Loves‼️ Gratitude for me is like a manifestation hack. I know that if I maintain a vibration of gratitude, I’m where I’m supposed to be. I mean who doesn’t want more things to be grateful for?
The beauty of gratitude as well is we can all find it, all of us. We all have something we can be grateful for. Even when things are their most grim, there is always something we feel lucky to have. FOCUS ON THAT; more will come.
Make a statement of gratitude the first thing you say each day as you come into consciousness. Mine is simply “thank you” to Creator Energy.
Make gratitude part of your nightly routine. I write out all the things I was particularly grateful for that day. On nights when I’m too tired to write, I simply speak it audibly. I tell Creator Energy the experiences that I was particularly grateful for that day. .
I promise guys, living in commitment to displays of gratitude will make your life better. .

State change & deciding better for ourselves... 😌🌾💫 .
We know these times where we can... .
👉🏽 Stay in a ‘mood’ or seek to understand. .
👉🏽 Stay low vibe or seek for a better feeling. .
👉🏽 Focus on the ‘lack of’ or focus on the gratitude & abundance around us. .
We know when we feel good 👍🏽 and we know when we feel bad 👎🏽 .
Sometimes life happens and absolutely, it lowers our mood, our vibe 😔 and can go on to affect our choice in behaviours - what we eat, what we engage in (or don’t) - self care, socialising, positive habits, doing what will serve us etc etc. .
I only know this as I’ve experienced ‘severe anxiety’ and ‘severe depression’ and had several lots of therapy sessions. I’ve been there, where your thoughts and feelings are so strong you literally feel so out of control. Leading to lack of motivation or desire to do anything, not being bothered to eat properly or care for yourself properly, it’s almost like self-sabotage as a result of negative thinking 🤯 (created from our childhood & life experiences). .
What I do know from many years experience is that we CAN change our state. We may not be able to change the negative thought or belief immediately (this takes time, it was built from years of conditioning!) but we CAN change our response. We CAN change our state ✔️🙌🏽 -
🌟 This means doing the things that will serve us, even if we don’t feel like it. -
🌟 This means asking “does this support the life I’m trying to create?” Even when we can’t be bothered. -
🌟 This means doing the things that we know in our hearts, will help us feel better, despite us being pulled towards our comfort zone. -
This could be going for a walk🏃🏽♀️, meditating🧘🏽♂️, dancing💃🏽, listening to music🎶 , calling a friend📲, socialising👭, getting out in nature🍃, running a hot bubbly bath🛁... whatever it is that you know will help you feel that bit better 💖. . -
