Picked up some @brawprotein from @nutritionwarehouse on the weekend and couldn’t resist baking something. These are hands down my favourite protein cookies thus far and taste bloody amazing 😍😍⠀
• 80g vanilla vegan @brawprotein⠀
• 70g plain flour (or oat flour)⠀
• 1tbsp psyllium husk (optional)⠀
• 50g coconut oil⠀
• 15g honey⠀
• 45ml-60ml skim milk⠀
• 1 egg⠀
• 40g white choc chips⠀
1️⃣ Melt honey & coconut oil, cool⠀
2️⃣ Whisk egg with fork into oil⠀
3️⃣ Add remaining ingredients except choc chips & mix with wooden spoon. Start with 45ml milk⠀
4️⃣ If dough is too thick, add 1tbsp more milk⠀
5️⃣ Mix in choc chips⠀
6️⃣ Roll dough into balls with your hands and press flat onto two trays lined with baking paper⠀
7️⃣ Bake at 155c for 8-12 minutes depending on cookie size⠀
✅ Serves: 14⠀
✅ Macros per serve: 97 calories 7C/5F/5P⠀
🌱 Use 1tbsp extra psyllium husk instead of egg, maple syrup/rice mal syrup and plant based milk.

*1/2 taza de crema de almendras o cacahuate (sin aceites ni azúcares añadidos)
* 1 huevo
*3 cucharadas de azúcar de coco (puedes usar mascabado o monkfruit)

*1/4 cdita bicarbonato
* 1 cda linaza
*1 cda chia
* 1 Cucharada de proteína (opcional)

*250g Topfen (mager) *2 Eier
*50g gemahlene Haselnüsse
*100g Whey Protein Pulver (Vanille) *0,5 Pkg. Backpulver
*2 EL Zuckerersatz
*1TL Flohsamenschalen gemahlen.
Alles vermengen und den Teig häufchenweiße auf dem Backblech plazieren.
(ACHTUNG NICHT Platt Drücken) Die Cookies werden doppelt so groß darum genug Abstand einplanen.
15-20 min. bei 180 Grad Ober und Unterhitze backen
Teig für ca 20 Cookies.
