“For I know the plans I have for you,” says God. “They are plans for good and not for harm to give you hope and a future” - Jeremiah 29:11 ————————————————————
@psalmwooching Psalm Wooching grew up obsessed with Rugby and as a supporter of Samoa 🇼🇸 the country of his father’s birth, playing the sport was all he dreamed of. It was obvious that God had placed that dream in his heart for a reason but it didn’t mean that becoming a Rugby player was inevitable or in fact was the only option Psalm had. Even though God had a great plan for him it was Psalm who would have to make the right choices to reach his destiny. ————————————————————
As a teenager Psalm was given the opportunity to go down another path. He was already playing Football at High School and then as Professional for the Washington Huskies, when teams from the NFL came knocking at his door with the offer of contracts, money and everything most people would ever want. Psalm though chose to turn them all down, to focus on chasing the dream that had always been in his heart, of playing International Rugby. ————————————————————
At the time playing in the NFL was the plan everyone else saw as being the route to success but Psalm trusted in himself and God and followed the ultimate plan that led to him eventually playing for the USA 🇺🇸(Story available via link in bio). ————————————————————
It just goes to show that following the right path won’t always be as simple as choosing between a clear good or bad choice, there will be times when it’s a lot more difficult than that but if you choose to trust God and what he’s put in your heart, then you’ll always make the right choice in the end.
Random info about me 💁♀️:
I have a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science 📜🌿🧫🔬 and when I was in the school library (rare times 😅) I loved to peruse the Infectious Diseases and Parasitology shelf 🦠 I love learning about the intricacies of nature and the way things function and manipulate the world around them for their survival.
Sometimes I don’t miss school - exams and all. 😏 But there are days when I just miss LEARNING! 🧐🤓There is so much to know! 🧠
One of my favorite life metaphors in weightlifting has everything to do with your will power. The bottom of the squat is referred to by many as “the hole”. It’s the most difficult part of the lift. When attempting to lift heavier weight, sometimes it comes to how bad you want it. You find yourself in that hole... do you dump the weight and quit or do you focus and power through? It’s easily a metaphor for almost every other aspect of life. When you hit the hardest point, do you have the resolve to get through it or are you just going to give up?
You got your ear to the street, then this Buds for you
You got my name in your mouth, then this slugs for you...
Wanna drop me, gotta kill me, only way imma stop
I missed the gym the last two days and didn’t even feel like going today. Thanks @shamenez for the kick in the ass. I’ve been wrapped up in work and just haven’t been able to get it in. But today? Today I had time, cuz. And I’m glad I did because it was the first time I ever attempted a squat of 315 lbs (3 plates). Here’s the video. 🏋🏽♂️
Also, y’all can have a little rundown of my average “pull” day since I haven’t give you a good workout vid lately. Enjoy. Love.
I never thought I'd end up as an illustrator but having two children's books under my belt is a pretty wonderful feeling. Especially when I know Jackson can benefit from and enjoy them ❤ another little look at The Inventor written by @reina_does_the_macareina and illustrated by me.

Fa’afetai tele lava,
The taiaha (Māori pronunciation: [ˈtaiaha]) is a traditional weapon of the Māori of New Zealand; a close-quarters staff weapon made from either wood or whalebone, and used for short, sharp strikes or stabbing thrusts with efficient footwork on the part of the wielder. For our fam @afakaihau aka the #polynesian#jedi… its a tool he uses to bust up the a** of any jabroni talkin’ smack and makes a shish kebab out of them! The gang emerges next month and we’re coming in FIERCE with a hella loud CHEEEEEEEHOOOOOOOOOO! We be the infamous, you heard of us!! #thenotoriousones | #coconutgang | #coconutparadise

here is another inside look at my lomi treatment room. #lomilomi#massage In the #hawaiian and #samoan , the word used traditionally, called lomi, means to knead, to rub, or soothe. It may also mean "to take and turn, to shift" as in "the sacred shift within you that is inspired by the healing kahuna..." said twice "lomilomi" for emphasis. As a lomi practitioner I don't just massage you with coconut oil and send you off. I listen, educate, help guide you in your own path of hoʻoponopono. Spread Aloha and live pono!
