As my almost one month journey comes to an end, I can’t help but reflect on all that I’ve endured during this time. I was uncomfortable. Uncomfortable traveling solo for the first time, being in a third world country and to be honest, eating some of the food made me a little uncomfortable. It’s so crazy to me how life is so little yet so big. It’s little in the aspect that us, as human beings only know what we know because of how/where we grew up. However, there’s so much more to learn about other ways of life. To be able to put your shoes in other people’s livelihoods is truly an experience I encourage everyone to do. There is so much more out there that we don’t know! Doesn’t that make you curious to know what that is or what that’s even like? I thought by week 2 I was over traveling and was ready to come home. Let’s just say I was feeling very homesick at the time. But once I changed my attitude and started to feel better, I can now say the world is my home. I feel as that no matter where I am in the world, it’s my home. To be honest, I don’t feel sad going back home after this because I know traveling is something that I’ll always be doing during my lifetime. This trip has inspired me in ways I couldn’t have ever imagined. I have some ideas stirred up that I have in mind, but I’ll wait to announce once I’m ready. But until then, I’ll probably be posting for a few more weeks about this trip. I don’t think I’ll get over it for awhile and I’m okay with that. Plus, jet lag is about to get the best of me, so what else am I going to do when I’m up at 3am every morning?💛☺️
Adopt a new mindset
Have you ever tried a diet? You know – one of those plans that requires you to cut carbs or subsist on cabbage soup for weeks? Sometimes they work well in the short term and you lose weight, but they are not always sustainable and don’t always result in long-term success. That’s especially true if the diet you choose: • Is a huge departure from how you normally eat • Cuts out a lot of foods you enjoy, so you feel deprived and need to “cheat”
• Is prohibitively expensive, requiring special food or supplements
• Lacks variety, so you get bored
• Makes you obsessively track calories or pounds lost
Adopting the right mindset takes you out of a diet mentality and leads you to make sustainable changes to build a healthy lifestyle. There’s no deprivation or calorie counting – and there is lots of variety and delicious wholesome food.
Build your healthy eating plan
Instead of a limited, restrictive diet that focuses on what you can’t eat, We provide you meal plan which let you make healthier food choices for the long term. Remember unlike diets, a healthy meal plan isn’t one-size-fits all and should fit your lifestyle and goals.
Our diet plan is based on your lifestyle, your work schedule, your dietary habits, your likes and dislikes, your religious constraints as far as food is concerned, your medical problems, your current weight and target weight.

A local's secret uncovered.
After crash landing in the 1950s this WWII plane had been rusting away for almost 80 years at Lake Corangamite.
I'm surprised no one made this abandoned World War II military aircraft a tourist attraction like the #hmvscerberus or the #hmasotama •
There is plans to remove the plane in 2020.
Experience the things today, you wanna tell about when you are old and wringly 💫 Like sitting at the edge, next to a 80m waterfall, hearing the water roar down while the sun is disappearing behind the mountains, filling the valley with golden light 🌙 Then hiking back through the Australian bush in the dark, with only one proper torch, a bit scared of being attacked by snakes or spiders 🙈
Have you ever seen a Pink Lake? They actually do exist and they are natural. They are caused by the high level of Salt in the Water. With high temperatures and lots of sunlight Algae present in the Lake's Salt crust produces a red pigment called Beta Carotene which causes the pinkish appearance. The Lake returns back to normal in cooler months.
