Which cleanser???? I honestly think it just depends on how your skin is feeling and looking everyday 🤔🤔 I have used all of the ones in this post as well as so many others trying to find the 'ONE' but I don't really think its possible (well for my skin anyway). Skin changes all the time and so a change in cleanser is also necessary. I find that I've gone from really oily to combination over the years but then I still have large pores and blackheads... I also get dry patches to. The egg white cleanser is really light and excellent for day and night on a daily basis. It's not over drying and doesn't leave a greasy film. @kiehlsuki is amazing for those days where u need that little extra scrub. @tatcha is obvs or of my favs but i use it sparingly just because it is pricey 😬 I've recently been using the @elemis and @rodialbeauty and so far so good. I usually prefer using @rodialbeauty on the mornings as it leaves a bright look. The @elemis and @evelom are amazing for removing makeup

#eat your way to a more youthful glow.
Drinking more water is the simplest and speediest way to boost your glow and keep skin (and your tissues!) functioning at their best. Try adding fresh citrus or berries to liven up plain sparkling or still water.
Two cups of cubed watermelon equal a full cup of water and can help you (and therefore your #skin cells) stay hydrated. Plus, the beta-carotene and vitamin C found in watermelon makes it an antioxidant-packed snack. Try cutting it up and storing it in the freezer for a treat during warmer months.
Oats provide selenium, an antioxidant compound that helps protect cells from damage (the type that could ultimately lead to mutation and tumor growth long-term). Plus, the prebiotics found in oats fuel your body’s beneficial probiotics, bolstering your immune system overall.
The ellagic acid found in many plant-based foods like nuts has been linked to protecting skin cells from UV damage. Pecans also pack antioxidants and minerals, like vitamins A and E, plus calcium and potassium. They’re also a source of zinc which is another nutrient that may help to promote glowing skin and protect immunity.
The polyphenolic compounds found in olives may help protect cells from disruption and improve blood flow throughout your body. Choose these antioxidant-packed fruits to help protect skin cells and improve health overall. They'll fill you up with a combo of unsaturated #fat and fiber.
Feeling better with low confidence & trust issues✨Hi everybody, I felt inspired to write, so 🙋 One of the main things which happened through years of acne and other personal situs is that I developed low-confidence, both in my outer appearance and confidence in myself as a person. This was an issue for me for years, but notably through my time in uni. I see that a lot of you guys are experiencing similar things, so I wanted to share my experience of moulding into a more resilient person 🌼 During my Uni years in particular, I used to take people's opinions of me as plain fact, even if it was a rash comment. I'd anxiously analyse what was said for days and take opinions as absolute. I'd assume that people were talking about me behind my back even though they weren't, and when I actually overheard this happen for real, I really lost trust. I also went through Uni without a single person I lived with seeing me without makeup. That was a pretty bad insecurity 👎 But turning it on a positive, I feel I've made progress. I've read an endless list of self-help books (learning to be mindful has really helped me), talked it through, accepted myself for who I am (showing my bare skin) & built resilience to people's opinions (unless they genuinely care about me, ofc) 🌺 My Dad has taught me to stop seeking approval, which I feel was one of my biggest downfalls. The thing is, people will always have an opinion of you - whether it's your personality, your looks or how you choose to live your life. But you can't conform to everyone's ideals, because literally everyone is different. Seeking approval from everyone is a waste of time - you're meant to be living your own life, not someone else's! It's a great feeling to truly accept yourself but also be able to accept others for who they are.✨ & if you're like I once was and have paranoia that people 'must' be talking about you or secretly hate you, take it from me: they probably aren't/don't, and if they are and it's horrible and they're a 'friend', then it really is a reflection of them, not you. So why waste time worrying? Worry about your character, but not your reputation... when you don't seek approval, you'll feel free ✨
