Sharing this beautiful message from @brenebrown ❤️ Just recently, I had someone who was close to me die by suicide. It was jolting-in a way that I can not describe. Then, In the last couple of weeks-three individuals directly effected by gun violence in schools took their own lives. Two students from Parkland High School and today, a father of a Sandy Hook child who was killed in 2012. I cannot imagine the pain of these individuals. My friend. A father who lost his little girl to gun violence. Young high school students who witnessed their friends gunned down in front of them. I cannot imagine what their pain must have felt like. I cannot even begin to. What do these stories teach us? Well, I think, while we may not be able to imagine what pain they must be feeling-we can remind the people close to us that they are not alone. We can try. Try to reach into their hurting heart and shine a bit of light. PTSD, grief, depression-they are all complex-there is no right answer. But we can try. A warm smile toward a stranger. A “thinking of you” text. A hug. I don’t begin to know how to alleviate the pain of others-but I can try. We can try. We can be there. We can check in. We can choose to say “I love you” more and “I hate you” less. I’ve been to those dark valleys. I’ve felt like giving up. And if my past darkness can maybe even help one person see the light-then I will always speak my truth. We are one. All of us. Our neighbors are our neighbors. We are one. No matter our body parts or our God. So please-don’t look away from someone’s pain. Let’s try to be there for each other a little more-the best we can. We need to know we are not alone. We need to let others know that they are not alone. The best we can. #tuesdaythoughts
She has sad eyes but carries a smile for the world around her.
Let's take a moment to appriciate each other and agree to the fact that none of us have everything.
If someone looks perfect in her photos (which I mostly do not) you have NO right to break her composed self she has done a lot to gain the courage of coming out of her shell. She has been through a lot may be, just try and accept the other persons choices and opinions. Arguments won't make you any superior but a nice gesture will definitely make you a good person.
Stop pulling each other down. We all have our shares of bad days we have a lot going on behind the scenes. Especially our children throwing tanturms while we share a bit of our lives.
People who blog and are open to you require respect and encouragement cause we take out time to share things that we think would help you in some way. Don't take every other thing as showing off and envy other people's life. Not everyone can do it.
Spread Smiles ☺ .

Anticipating pain can cause a great deal of unconscious suffering. What if I get hurt again? What if this person leaves or cheats on me? What if... what if... what if... All of these questions have caused me a great deal of suffering because I wasn’t allowing space for a new story to be written.
If we continue telling ourselves the same negative narrative then we aren’t honoring the chance for change.
We learn how to live when we let these old stories die. We can begin to thrive when we take accountability for the reality and mindset we have created.
The new story I have written for myself is this...I am worthy of love. Healthy conscious relationships DO EXIST. Trustworthy emotionally available people are out there!
What you believe, you will find evidence of... If you believe most people in the dating scene are narcissistic assholes. You will find them.
If you believe that most people are inherently good and kind. You will find them!
We need to pay attention to the story we are telling ourselves and if it’s coming from a place of truth or fear. When we stand in our truth not only do we gain self-trust but an unshakable confidence.
When we make conscious choices that are rooted in accountability...life gets better. It may not be easy to face what we have created out of fear but I promise you...it gets...BETTER.
Build one another up and if you can’t manage that don’t try to tear anyone down... If we entertain conversations that focus on judging others we are just as guilty as the mouths that spoke them. It’s easy to point our finger at what others are doing but it takes true strength to turn it around and focus inward. We all have shortcomings no matter the person however we can utilize our strengths to make positive changes. My friends and family know I’m notorious for not answering the phone... I realized long ago most people talk on the phone to pass the time so of course meaningless conversation ensues. Personally I’d much rather hang out discuss life love spirituality goals the future the past and all that important stuff that makes everyone unique. With that rant I hope you all are having an amazing Tuesday. Sending everyone love and light ✨💖✨#bekind#spreadlove#reality#hearnoevil#speaknoevil#behappy#betrue#love#chooseyourtribe#blessed
