So acids are not filtering through my kidneys and on the healing journey I am extremely fatigued. I consciously choose to cease all activity (besides natural daily movement) and pursue rest, relaxation and peace so that I can focus on maximum nervous system energy retention for healing, hydration and alkalisation (particularly in the sun as we are all chronically deprived of sunshine ☀️). More over, please remember brisk walking moves lymph. You don’t have to run up a mountain as many misbelieve. Please swipe right and listen to the grandfather of detoxification. It’s important you let go of the ego, attachment to muscles, decondition yourself from mass media fitness hype and surrender to healing. If you want to lose excess weight, take it from me, detoxification is a weight loss experience. I have bed rested and lost 70LBS of dead weight and inflammation without obsessive fasting or dieting.
