Little bit of 1" 3 flute action today on the university mill. Been too long since I've made some chips. Had the feed super slow for the surface finish. This is a brass tension test sample for next semester's materials lab. Came back with a 1" ball nose end mill to add the required radius for the step down. #easypeasy#manual#milling#machinist#101#test#sample

As some of you requested, I wanted to give you some insights for your SAT preparation. I saw this post today and wanted to make my personal comments on it.
First off, these are all really good tips! If you follow them, you will surely improve your score. Now, there are some things I would change to make it even better.
1. Your goals score should be the 75th percentile of your dream school or higher. That way you will be amongst the most competitive applicants.
2. Six weeks is a good time frame to prepare. But if you want to score super highly for the best universities (1500+) I would go as far as to advise 3 months.
3. Your study schedule should be an integral part of your time management system. You must make time at least every other day.
4. Khan Academy, besides from the official practice tests, is the best source for practice questions. But before you dive into the questions, study the theory and concepts from a book.
5. Take at least 2 or 3 full practice tests under real testing conditions.
6. Keep calm and use your time wisely on test day.
7. Your goal might not be achieved on your first try. Don’t stop. Don’t let it discourage you. Go back at it on the next test day.

My bruh @dwposleyjr told me that if I wanted to improve my ball handling I had to try two-ball drills. So I found this dribbling drill that @rockullah posted of Steph Curry’s warmup. This is day one of trying that out. My arms felt like I curled 150 lbs after all this dribbling. (68 Hours Down)
Ok folks I’m sharing my numbers . April 15th my morning number was high 12.2, it’s been high the last month and I realize stress is messing with my numbers, but I was very sad and concerned April 16th at seeing 16. I was very concern but lucky for me I had an appointment at our Diabetes Education Program with Dakota that day. We talked about my month, the ups and downs and I shared my numbers on my phone. We looked at my options and went down stairs to my Dr’s and luckily got in the next day for an appointment. Great talk with our family health team’s Christine and we are making some adjustments and trying a new medication (new to me). Dakota even met with me for my appointment and we worked together with the doctor. So I will record what I eat and test, test, and test. I’m was so relieved coming home last night and felt much better. So I was very glad to see today’s numbers. Single digits!!! Not great numbers but better!! You know me I strive to be better. I just want to be healthy. Those of you with diabetes or pre diabetes PLEASE test, please ask for help if you need it. I don’t like my high numbers but sometimes we need to face it. I’m so glad I’m asking for help and also opening up and sharing my ups and downs with friends. My greatest advice TEST and know what your body tolerates and when to just rest. WE are all different....WE are all unique....WE are all precious....so please test. One day at a time, one day at a time. GRATEFUL to OUR Diabetes Education Program and OUR Family Health Team!! #nevergiveup#test#diabeteseducationprogram#diabeteseducation#diabetes#contournextone#options#workingtogether#community#familyhealthteam#support#better#type2diabetes#diabetes#push_hard#push_kath
Saggar firing is one of my favourite ceramic techniques!
I love how I have no real control and I have to surrender to the process.
Here are a few test tiles and a peak into the saggars before I unpacked them ⭐️
