So, this happened 😩 flying out to Marbella to film a wedding Saturday, and had to come to terms with the fact that my @djiglobal Mavic Pro has died. So no time to wait on insurance or sending to DJI for repairs. Therefore...I’m about to buy a new one! No messing around! BUT...anyone who’s after a drone, watch this space...because once my insurance has paid out, I’ll be selling the one they send me 🚁
This photo means a lot to me. It was the 3rd time I’d ever been exploring, it was also the night of the fireworks that marked the beginning of 2017. Back when London was a very different place to explore @u_chumali and I arrived at our destined site half an hour before the fireworks began. The display blew both of us away I remember seeing my friends face lit up by the fireworks, by joy it left us both speechless. Next thing we know we look down from the crane we are on and see a security guard recording from the roof of the building! Thankfully he returned to his post shortly after the fireworks ended and we slipped off back into the night unnoticed. It’s always great watching the fireworks somehow they seem to get better every year even if you’re crammed in the corner of a roof hiding from residents 😄
Which building do you prefer - the one on the right or the one on the left? I'm reliving some of my favourite photo spots in Düsseldorf on a @germanytourism Insta takeover at the moment so come check out where else I recommend in the city!
stand here + breathe in all the things that make you grateful for this life.
a good laugh.
a good cry.
when both are fused together at the same time.
choosing someone with your whole heart.
the ease exhaled after letting go.
tuck these close into the corners of your pockets,
the crevices of your spine,
so that you may always stand tall in the belief
that no matter what you’re given,
magic is always present with you
in what’s here
and what’s right now. —danielle doby
Josh Sperling’s “Big Time” exhibit was an explosive render of polychrome rich shades of color, curves and proportions. The way @joshsperling alters the canvas with squiggle shapes, beveled surfaces and large scale proportions, cultivates thoughts of 90’s cartoons in my head. I truly respect his work and can’t wait to see what’s next in store. | Archive Jan.26.2019
