Consistency gains results.
Wait if I'm constantly training I will see results?
On onside this is 100% true. A program with a goal in mind with the balance of work to recovery can lead to results. This is where having a coach that has an open channel back and forth to ask questions and commuicate how you are feeling can consistently lead to gains, not only physically but technically, tactically and mentally.
On the other a program, that is built on constantly smashing yourself will likely lead to injury and lack of consistency due to niggles and excuses.

That their is a greater force of nature shared between the minutes you sweat for what you achieve, & the moments you actually begin to see the progress of a “new you” that rises amongst it. That same urge you feel to push passed the last rep — apply that pressure to life daily. Your reward is who you become once its all conquered.
