Superset: Hamstring Curls - 2x12
Dumbbell Front Raise - 3x12
Shoulder Press - 3x12
Lateral Raise - 3x12

Back on a normal routine and it feels so good 🙌🏼 Time to finish this cut, it has been taking longer than expected but it’s also important to enjoy yourself every step of the way 😜 There’s no need to be miserable on a “diet” - instead, make lifestyle changes you can sustain long-term that align with your goals 💪🏼
A short workout is better than no workout 💪🏼 Somedays our time is limited but we gotta get it done anyways!
One of the best ways to get the most out of your time is by adding supersets - where you move quickly from one exercise to another without taking a break. More work in less time while increasing the intensity of your workout 🏋🏻♂️
