So that is an transformation pic. Sometimes I feel like, the other legs were prettier BUT the truth is I couldn't do anything. I was tired and sad. I was cold and weak. My parents would not hug me bc they could feel my bones. Actually that was after I gained 3 kg. Sometimes I wanna get to that point again bc i twas comfortable. I knew what to do: Get up earlier than everyone so I can make my breakfast less, throwing my school snack away, skipping lunch and then throwing up dinner. I didn't see that I was skinny. I am scared of my thoughts at the moment because I wanna go back to this. But that thoughts come up quite often and I don't know when they gwt stronger than me because I really really wanna go back BUT I have to cope with them and never give up.

Tarte de Maçã
1 embalagem de massa folhada (ainda estamos a tentar fazer massa folhada caseira :)
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavado ou 3 de mel
1 colher de sopa de canela
1 colher de sopa de manteiga vegetal
Aquecer o forno a 190°c. Descascar as maçãs, retirar os caroços e cortá-las em quartos.
Cozer duas maçãs e esmagá-las com um garfo para fazer um puré grosso. Nas restantes maçãs, fazer golpes em fatias, sem cortar até ao fim.
Estender a massa folhada numa forma redonda, colocar o puré e depois os quartos de maçã laminados. Espalhar a manteiga, colocando pedaços por toda a tarte. Polvilhar com o açúcar ou o mel e a canela. Levar ao forno 40 minutos.

Hey, hope you had a great day! 😊💚My day was pretty good, I was on a grocery trip and later I was out for a walk with my dog and the weather was amazing (as you could see in my story) 😊🐶💚This was my dinner a delicious Asian-teriyaki-pan😋Right now I'm relaxing on the couch and watching TV, do you still watch TV or only Netflix? 📺😊
2 portions Asian-teriyaki-pan🍛:
-200g pak choi
-1 big bell pepper
-1to 2 cloves garlic
-100ml teriyaki sauce
-1 tsbp soy sauce
-1tspb lime juice -as much rice as you want
Fry first the tofu, the onion and the garlic. Then pour over the teriyaki sauce. Chop up the other veggies and put the bell pepper and the carrots in the pan, if necessary add some water, put a lid on it and let it simmer. At the last step add all other veggies, the soy sauce and the lime juice. Serve the stir fry on a plate with some rice and enjoy😋🍚 If you try my recipes you can post them with the #fitgreenrecipes 😊💚
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY OATS 🍫❤️
It’s been a hot second since I posted an oatmeal pic, let alone a recipe!! This bowl was definitely inspired by Valentine’s Day, but can be enjoyed any day your heart desires (hehe).
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries + a few extra to top
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
1. Combine raspberries, oats, and plant milk in a pan over low-medium heat and cook until desired consistency, stirring frequently.
2. Top with fresh raspberries, cacao nibs, and any other toppings of your choice (I did some chia seeds and almond butter)
This would also work really well with strawberries (or tbh anything you want lol). Hope y’all enjoy 😍
