Egg salad which is just chopped boiled eggs with some pink salt and a bit of mayo, pizza on a protein low carb flat bread (I hate half) with rao’s pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheddar and olives, lots of broccoli. Tons of water today. I even baked chocolate chip scones with toddler and didn’t eat any! 💃🏼
🦋So not love.raw.eats anymore. But still the same me. Well actually 2 quite different mes. lol at my heaviest and then at my lightest. I lost 120 lbs in 1 year. I was eating a sad diet my whole life and then in college I discovered the raw vegan diet and it changed my life. Overnight I went raw. I started running and swimming and immediately started dropping weight. 🧡In 2013 I had my son and gain weight back to about 230. Since then I have been between 230 and 213. It has been a battle with my mind, body and ever since. 💜Last week I decided enough is enough and I needed to get my own body back for myself and my family. It is time to clean it up so it can feel good again and every function smoothly. 💛I started working out 20 mins a day AT HOME 🏡 and eating properly for my body type. It has only been 6 days and I’m already seeing freaking changes!! I have lost 1 inch all around my body. My legs, my booty, my belly. Everywhere!! I’m so stinking pleased!!! I also feel so much better. My body feel more limber and stretched out not only that I have so much clarity and can generally think 💭 so much faster. (Mom brain 🧠 is a real thing and I’m so guilty of letting it get the best of me) (lack of self care hence all the weight Gain) 💜So this is my motivation the photo on the right! I’m giving myself until December to be back at 160. 🧡I have this wonderful community of women that hold me accountable every single day this awesome work out program and some stellar superfoods that complete the full circle! I seriously could not be anymore excited to continue my journey! Only up from here!

Done with week 3 of GG3 from @marifitnessguides and feeling so good! I have been lifting heavier, seeing more definition, and the gym guide has me in a great routine. This will be my first full week of cutting out all of the foods that came back on my allergy test andddd I can’t wait to see if it helps. Also s/o to the preworkout from @myadventuretofit because it got me through lifting, doing 165 floors on the stair master, and I still feel like I could go run a marathon right now 💃🏼😂 P.s. Just wanted to say ily all of you kthxbye ❤️

Once I stopped focusing on how far I had to go, when I hadn’t even began & started focusing on small goals, day by day, step by step, everything began to change!
Big goals are great, we need them, but when they are so far from the now they can seem unattainable & can scare us off the path. Don’t let that happen! Set your eyes on small goals that lead you to your end goal & acknowledge all the hard work your put in to get you there! A couple years ago i lost 40 pounds 😱🎉🎉🎉Friends & family congratulated me, i loved wearing smaller clothes, it was an amazing feeling! 🥰
A year later i had gained all the weight back plus some. 😧
Why? What happened?
Simple answer: i didn’t lose the weight for myself. I did it for others. I was desperate for people in my life to praise, accept & notice me 😔I didn’t lose the 40 pounds in a healthy way. I did it by basically eating a banana a day 🙅🏼♀️

Today I am grateful I can move my body. A chapter of my life is coming to a close and brand spanken new one is just about to unfold and I could not be more excited!! My life is elevating is so many ways I’m just so incredibly happy! Moving my body makes me feel so good and fresh! Monday I start this new work out is on 20 minutes a day!
