At times when workutout doesn't happen for a few days your body starts reminding you to do the same.
Took my cycle and cycled from Chunabhatti to Bnest smart city office and back, yesterday evening.
Total cycling done 16.6 kms.. for the first time in life..and I enjoyed it thoroughly..
1st pic is after cycling 8.3kms and last pic is after finishing 16.6kms.
What happened after that well ..muscle soreness is super .. and zero workout today would make it worse ....hence stretching would be a mandatory thing to do today !
But it's good to have muscle soreness due to a good workout ...
than having a sore muscle because of sitting stationary at one place... What say ?
