People often dont believe me when I tell them that the majority of my personal workout program consists of bodyweight training. I carry this body all day, so why not train myself to do so? Before you build size, first ask yourself “do i need to be heavier?” Adding bulk increases wear and tear on your joints if you do not have a proper foundation. No matter your goals, make sure you can handle your own weight before adding bulk and 20 plates on your leg press. Work smarter not harder! Your joints will thank you
I didn’t realize how awesome would be training and competing with a humble person that is nothing much, just the number 1 in the world.
I’m so great full for being surrounded by crazy good athletes, but this is a very unique one!
