#WKCAgilityAthlete: Pixel, a #MiniatureAmericanShepherd, dominated the 12 Inch Division at the #MastersAgilityChampionship this year. Pixel and her handler Ami Sheffield completed the course in 33.45 seconds!

Did you know the Westminster Masters Agility Championship is one of a kind in the US? It is open only to dogs who have achieved difficult AKC Agility Titles and that are eligible to compete on a Masters Level Course. Many enter every year from all across America, but only 330 compete in the competition.

Our first Herding Group #triviatime of the year! This breed is known as fearless sheepherders in western Hungary, they were officially recognized by the AKC in 2016 and were first entered in the #WKCDogShow in 2017. Do you know the name of this whimsical breed?
#HappyBirthday to us, the Westminster Kennel Club! May 8, 1877, was the "First Annual New York Bench Show of Dogs, Given Under the Auspices of the Westminster Kennel Club." The show was held at Gilmore's Garden with a total entry of 1,201 dogs. Celebrate our birthday with us by enjoying this footage from our 1934 show. 🐾🏆🎂
